October Card Kit #2

Hello again, my friends. You'll probably be seeing a lot me coming up. I have tons of cards to share. Some from the fabulous card kits I received back in October from the Creating Fun Card Kits challenge I belong to over on SCS. Today I have two cards to share from the kit I received from Carol. There is so much stuff in this kit, it will take me a long time to use it all up. Sadly I can't find the paper where she wrote everything down. I think I have most of it written in my notebook. Thanks so much Carol for the fun kit.

This first card had a Unity Stamp called Happy Winter Gnome and the sentiment is also from that same stamp set which Carol included in the kit so I can make lots more fun cards using this stamp. The card stock is from Stampin Up, Real Red. The designer paper from The Paper Studio and lots of paper also included in the kit. I added some bling from the kit and I must say that the snowflakes were dies from my own stash. The image was colored with my Copic markers E50, E51, E53, E93; G21; N0, N2; WR, R14, R24, R46.

I think this is such a cute image. He's trying to balance all the gifts as he's on his way to a party. This stamp is an Itty Bitty stamp also from Unity Stamps. It's called 'tis the Season to Give. For this one I used SU Gumball Green carstock and the same paper pack from The Paper Studio. I used the Nestabilities Classic Oval die to cut out the image. I most always use the next largest die for my images and then trace around the outside edge on the colored carstock and fussy cut that out for the oval mat. The candy cane is from Jolee's Boutique which was included in the kit.

Now that I have a bunch of cards made, it's time to start signing them and getting them ready to put in the mail. I still have more to share, so I'll see you later.

With You in Mind - October Card Kit #1

Hello my friends. I hope you are having a great day. Christmas is getting closer. Have you gotten your shopping done yet? I have and I'm so glad. Now all I need to do is wrapping. Such fun. School semester is just about over. Finals are due next Wednesday. I already have one projected submitted - it was the hardest - my Excel class. We had to come up with our own project and then use all the functions that we've learned all semester. I actually did okay on it. I'm hoping to just tweak it a little bit and resubmit it before the due date. But, I'm feeling a little more at ease and had some extra time today. I have a couple of cards to share. I belong to a card kit swap group on Splitcoast Stampers. There are six members and. Every month someone else is the recipient of a card kit from the other five members. Each of us will choose the month to receive and also the theme of the kit we'd like to get. My month was October and I chose a Christmas theme. I'm just now getting the time to actually play with the kits that were sent  to me. I was able to make two cards so far from this first kit. It was one that was sent to me by Darlene (luvcardmaking). Darlene actually sent me the stamps for this one.

As you can see, I used the same image but chose to do in different colors. It's an Itty Bitty stamp from Unity Stamps called With You In Mind. The designer paper is from Gina K Designs. The red card uses Stampin Up Real Red cardstock, and the green one is Wild Wasabi. On the red one, I used some bling that Darlene sent as well as the Nestabilities classic oval dies. The green one has some twine that she sent in the kit. I also used Copic markers to color the images - B0000; G24, G43, G46; R14, R17, R37. Thanks Darlene for the fun kit.

Wintertime Wishes - IAS #148

Hello my friends. Happy Sunday. I hope you are having a great day. We've had a little bit of warm weather, but it's a bit on the cool side this morning. We are expecting a warm up for a couple days starting tomorrow. I'll be happy with that. Weather is so crazy as it goes up and down. I have to keep two sets of clothes in my closet - those for warm days and those for cold days. Well, the cold days are good for staying in and doing some crafting. I do have a card to share with you today. This one is for the International Art & Soul challenge. The theme for this challenge is Winter and it will run until the end of the year. Sadly, this is the last challenge for this group. It was decided that it was time to put it aside and move on to other things. I'll sure miss the group. We've been together with this group since 2018, but prior to that we were part of another group, so it's been a long time.

The images and pattern paper come from the Heartfelt Creations' Winter's Eve collection. The cardinal image and poinsettia are also Heartfelt Creations and colored with Copic markers. The sentiment is from Stampin Up. I also used some HC prills on the flower.

Since this is our last challenge, I hope you all will come join in the fun and maybe you will be picked at the Winner or one of the Top 3 for this challenge.

Friendly Hello - Creative Card Chicks

Hello, my friends. Happy Monday. I hope you are all doing well. I want to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving on Thursday. I hope you are able to be with family and friends to celebrate this time of gratitude and thankfulness. If you are breathing, then you have a lot to be thankful for. I know I do. I have been so blessed during this past year.

Today I have a card to share with you for the Splitcoast Stampers Creative Card Chicks monthly challenge. This is always such fun. Each member chooses a month to be hostess and then the hostess sends out a card kit to all the rest. We then make at least one card from the kit using the elements and images sent to us. It's always fun to see what everyone makes from the same kit. They are always different so you can also get inspiration. Our hostess for this month was Kelly (scrappinCEO) and she not only sent us a kit, but she also sent us each the stamp set to use, so we can use it over and over to make many more cards. Thanks so much, Kelly.

Materials Used:

  • Image - Stampin Up Friendly Hello
  • Sentiment - same as image
  • cardstock - Stampin Up Blush Blossom; Xpress It Blending card

Hi my friend, Just thought I'd pop on and share another card I did for the Power Poppy Blossom Challenge for this month. I'm getting it in just under the wire since the last day to enter is today. A Beary Merry Christmas

Good morning my friends. Happy Sunday. Wow! Four posts in a row. I'm on a roll. I really have so many cards that I've made over the last few months that I haven't posted yet. Many are Christmas related, but others not. I hope to get them all on my blog soon. Today's card is made for the International Art & Soul Challenge. It is just for fun, but I've really enjoyed being a part of this group which has evolved over the years. Our theme for this fortnight challenge is Christmas which was chosen by design team member Christine. With all the cards I've made lately, it was hard to pick one to put on the blog today. I finally chose this cute design.

The image is from Lili of the Valley. I believe they still sell digi stamps on an Etsy site, but not sure. Unfortunately, I did not write down the recipe for this card. The card base and mats are made with Stampin Up So Saffron and the ribbon is also from SU. Sequins are from my stash and I have not a clue what Copic markers I used. I will do better next year.

I hope you will pop on over to the website and check out what the rest of the design team has created for your inspiration. While there, how about joining in the fun,, You could be the winner this time or one of the Top 3.

Sending Warm Winter Wishes

Hello again, my friends. Happy Saturday. We did have some rain come through last night, but no severe weather here as predicted. Sun is shining although it is on the cool side. So sorry to hear that there were bad storms north of us. Praying for all those who were affected.

I have just one card to share today. Some are best shown alone rather than in a group. This one is strictly a CAS card - clean and simple. I did stamp it and then fussy cut it out and pasted it on the card base.

Materials used:
  • Image and Sentiment - Power Poppy, Winter Wonderland
  • Card stock - XPress It Blending Card; Stampin Up Whisper White
  • Ink - Memento, Tuxedo Black
  • Copic Markers - G24, G28; R20, R35, R46; Y15

More Christmas - Some Santas

Hello again, my friends. Happy Friday. I hope you all have a fabulous weekend. The day has been warm and sunny here with a few rain showers sprinkled in. We are supposed to get bad storms rolling through the area later tonight. I hope it's not too severe. I'll be in bed sleeping by that time.

I do have a couple cards to share today that are focused on Santa Claus! Don't you just love a jolly Old Saint Nicholas!  This first one is from Stampin Up - Holly Jolly Santa as well as the sentiment. I used SU Always Artichoke for the base and the mats under the image and sentiment. Also used the Nestabilities classic oval die to cut it out. Copics used for coloring on XPress It Blending Card were E21, E23, E25; E50, E51; G28; R17, R37; Y15, Y17.

Holiday Hello Santa was made using the Power Poppy Under Glass, Christmas Keepsakes stamp set. The sentiment is including in the set and was punched out using the SU Window punch. Lots of Stampin Up Real Red cardstock used along with My Mind's Eye Cozy Christmas designer paper. A bit of green twine wrapped around, an added bow. All images colored with Copic markers: B0000; E23, E25; E40; E50, E51; E53; G24; N5, N9; R32, R37, R49, R59; YG63.

North Pole was made using a Lili of the Valley stamp called North Pole - Features Santa's car. Sadly I did not record everything I used in this card except that I used Stampin Up Real Red for the mat and border edge. The card base is Whisper White. I also think that the sentiment is cut from the designer paper. Tossed on a few sequins just because. Copic markers used to color the image were: B000; E50, E51, E53; G07; R01, R24, R46; N3, N6; Y18.

I think that's it for today. I have a couple more Santa cards, but they'll go on another post. Thanks for visiting.

I'm entering one of these cards in the following challenges:

Colour Crazy Craft Challenge  - Always Anything Goes with coloring.
Crafty Catz - Anything Goes - Optional 3 or More Layers
Creative Fingers - Anything Goes
Craft Rocket Challenge - Christmas/Winter
Creative Knockouts - Lots of Layers

More Christmas - Snowmen Designs

Hello again, my friends. Happy Thursday. It's been an off and on kind of day today. The weather is warmer, but we've had a few brief rain showers. That's okay; we can use the rain. Today I have a few cards to share that all have something in common - snowmen. Posting them this way in a bunch saves from having to do too many blog posts of single cards.

With Love at Christmas is made using the Lili of the Valley stamp North Pole stamped on Xpress It Blending Card. The image is colored with Copic markers: B0000; G21, N6, R14, R29; Y17; YR04. The sentiment is from a Papercraft magazine. I used Stampin Up Real Red and Shimmery White cardstock for the image and snowflake. The d/p is something from SU retired. I also used a snowflake die.

This Snowmen Caroler's is a digi stamp from Crafter's Boutique. The only one I have of there's. I must have gotten it from a design team some years ago. That's all I know about this one. Need to keep better track of my cards.

Fox Friend is a Stampendous stamp. I have used it before in 2020 but it's so cute. Unfortunately, it seems that I neglected to write down ingredients for the rest of these cards. Not sure why not. I guess since I've used the stamp before, I hadn't planned on blogging them. Oh well. Here they are anyway.

Country Snowman is also from Stampendous. So cute, I had to use him three times! I just change the layout designs and sentiments I used.

Majestic Moments - Some Christmas Cards

Hello my friends. Happy Wednesday. Some time ago I had some free time so decided I better work on Christmas cards. I got quite a few finished but never posted them, so I thought I'd start doing that. Some are in batches since they include some of the same ingredients. This first batch uses a paper crafting magazine free stamp set and designer papers.

Dashing Through the Snow uses the holly stamp colored with Copic markers G21, G24, and R46. The designer paper is American Crafts - Holly Jolly,

Good Tidings card made with the same Majestic Moments stamp set and dies. Unfortunately, I did not write down all the ingredients but probably used most of the same markers for colors. The trees were cut from the designer paper and I added sequins from my stash. The sentiment is from Power Poppy Cozy Cupfuls stamp set.

Holly Jolly uses the same stamp set, Majestic Moments, that was included in the magazine along with the designer papers. Cardstock is Stampin Up Confetti Tan (retired), Chocolate Chip, Read Red, and Whisper White. I created the shield using my computer. Copic markers are B41, E21, R06, Y15, and YR02 for the lights above his head.

Merry Christmas Wood Panel uses the same Majestic Moments stamp set on white cardstock. The designer paper is from My Mind's Eye - Fiddlesticks and Authentique Thankful collections. Copic markers used E23, G21, R46, Y13.

That's it for today. I still have lots more to share another day.

I am entering one of these cards into the following challenges:

The Holly and the Ivy - Anything Goes Christmas
Unicorn Challenge - Christmas is Coming

Then we each make a card using the theme and only using items from our stash. Not to buy anything new to make our cards. This month our hostess was Suzy (SuzyS1104). Each month there is a hostess who sends out a card kit to the rest of the members including images, sentiments, designer paper, and some embellishments. I pray for all who were affected.

Today I have a fun card for the challenge at International Art & Soul. The theme is Orange & Black and was chosen by our DT member, Chriss. You will see when you pop over there that there is a lot of inspiration from the DT members.

Autumn Blessing Girl - CYS

Hello again. Seems I have another card to share today. I'm a little late in posting this one. It's for the Challenge Your Stash challenge on Splitcoast Stampers. I was supposed to post it on September 28, but when I went to do that I realized I had done a card for the October theme and not for September, so back to the drawing board (or craft table). Each month there is a different hostess and she picks the theme for the month. Then we all make a card according to the theme, but we use items that are in our stash already so no new supplies are used. This month our hostess was Vickie Y and her them was Autumn Leaves.

  • Card Stock - Stampin Up - Pumpkin Pie; Xpress It Blending Card

Hello, my friends. Happy Friday. I hope you are all safe from Hurricane Ian. I have several friends and family down in Florida and, thankfully, they are all safe with no damage to self or property. I know many are not so lucky. Sending up prayers for all in Florida and those still in the pathway.

I do have a card to share with you today. This one is for the current challenge over at Power Poppy. I've been a fan for a long time and own many clear stamps and digi stamps by Marcy. I've just started actually participating in the monthly challenge over there. I'm also proud that my card for last month was picked as the winner of the challenge and received a $20 gift card to the shop (which I've already used). The theme for this month is to make a card for The Blossom Challenge: Eat Your Fruit and Veggies. You must use one of the Power Poppy stamps featuring fruit or vegetables.

Thinking of You - IAS #143

Good morning my friends. Happy Sunday. I hope you are having a great weekend. Mine has been pretty good except for a tumble I took when I went to get my car inspected yesterday. There was a heavy plastic reflector on the ground close to where I parked my car which I didn't notice. That is, until my right foot stubbed into it and I went down on my left hand and left knee. I do have a small injury to my left hand, a larger injury to my left knee and also ripped my good black jeans. Also, got a big bruise on my left hip and some muscle aches and pains along my left side. Thankfully, I didn't break anything since my doctors cautious me all the time to be careful so I don't break any bones. So recovering from that.

I do have a card to share with you today. I seldom have a card that I can use for a sympathy card in a pinch. I think this one would fit the bill. This was made for the International Art & Soul challenge. Each challenge theme is picked by one of the Design Team members. This fortnight's challenge theme is Wood/Trees and was picked by Mimi. This was not too hard to put together and not much coloring done except that I had to color the green and brown of the tree separately before stamping it on paper. Then I fussy cut the tree out and added the sentiment.

Materials Used:

  • Image - Stampin Up - Thoughts and Prayers
  • Sentiment - Same as image
  • Ink - Stampin Up - Chocolate Chip, Glorius Green
  • Cardstock - Stampin Up - Whisper White, Glorius Green
  • Designer Paper - Basic Gray - Carte Postale
  • Accessories - Memory Box grass die

No coloring was done with this card. I hope you will pop on over to IAS and see all the great creations that the rest of the Design Team have recreated to inspire you. While there, join in the fun and let's see your wood/trees designs. Have a great week.

Have a Heavenly Day - Creative Card Chicks

Hello my friends. I hope you've had a great week and a great weekend to come. I've been rather busy the last two weeks. Classes have started again so they have been keeping me very busy - Business Applications (Excel) and Intro to Humanities. So far I've been doing very well.

I have a card to share with you today. It is for Creative Card Chicks challenge on Splitcoast Stampers. Each month there is a hostess who sends out a card kit to all the other members and everyone makes up at least one card just from the items that are sent out to them. This month, I was the hostess to send out the kit. It used colors that I don't normally use, so I hope everyone enjoyed playing with the images and embellishments I sent.

Materials Used:

  • Image and Sentiment - Inky Antics - Birthday Wishes
  • Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black
  • Cardstock - Stampin Up Crisp Canteloupe; XPress It Blending Card
  • Designer Paper - Stampin Up - Beyond the Garden
  • Accessories - Ribbon - Stampin Up Peekaboo Peach; Petaloo flower; bling and slide charm from my stash; Stickles glitter glue; gold metallic pen
  • Copic Markers - BV20, E23; E50, E51; E43; YR01, YR02, YR04; YG61, YG63

That's all for today. I hope to get back here soon. I do have another card for Sunday, so stay tuned.

Gone Fishing - CYS

Hello again, my friends. Here is another Sunday card. This card is made for the Challenge Your Stash group on Splitcoast Stampers. Each month one of the members picks a theme and then we all make a card to follow the theme. The idea is that we do NOT purchase anything new to make the card, but we use only items we already have in our stash. Since I have tons of stash, I'll be able to play forever! This month our challenge was from Sharon and she wants us to use water on our card in some form. It could be an image with water, or watercolor your card, or use a spritz, or whatever else comes to your mind to use water. Then we all post our cards of the 28th of each month. For my card, I used a water image.

Materials Used:

  • Image - Inky Antics, Boys Adventure
  • Sentiment - Same
  •  Cardstock - Stampin Up, Soft Sky; Xpress It Blending Card
  • Designer Paper - Carta Bella, Fish Friends
  • Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black
  • Accessories - Cloud dies
  •  Copic Markers - B0000, B00, B12, B14; E23, E31, E33, E43, E44; E50, E51; G00; YR21, YR23

That's it for now.

29 Years Old - Again - IAS #141

Good morning my friends. Happy Sunday. I hope you are having a great weekend. It's been a great summer here and I've been keeping busy with catching up chores around the house before classes start again in TWO weeks! I can't believe summer is almost over. I'm not ready for that. My yard finally did get all cleaned up from the pecan tree limbs that fell down. The heavy trash people came on Thursday and cleared that all away from my front yard.

Today I have a card to share with you for the International Art & Soul challenge. This fortnight the challenge is to create a card or project celebrating birthdays. This theme was picked by DT Chriss. It was an easy one for me. I always have birthday cards done or in process. This one I actually did some time ago and try as I might, I cannot find where I wrote down all the information about it. Every time I make a card, I'm also sure to put down information for the recipe - what I used to make it. Sadly, I have looked through my two notebooks where I keep the information and cannot find it anywhere. I know that it hasn't been too long ago that I made it.

I searched online and the stamp is from Art Impressions - Out to Lunch. The cardstock and designer paper are from Stampin Up. I colored it with my Copic markers. If I can locate the recipe, I'll post it later.

I hope you you stop over at IAS and see what the rest of the Design Team has created and then add your card or project to the challenge. You could be the Winner or one of the Top 3. Good luck.

Thanks for stopping by.

Let It Be

Hello my friends. Happy Saturday evening. It's been an on again, off again day today - sunshine, rain shower, sunshine. It's good to have the rain. I like it when it comes and goes rather quickly and doesn't storm very much. There was one clap of thunder that scared both me and my kitties. It came out of the blue without any warning.

I've been working on some card and made this one for the Power Poppy Blossom Challenge. The theme for this month was to use a sentiment as the focal point of the card. This image was originally created as a full sheet and was done with the wording blank. I decided to color it all in and "Let It Be." LOL!

Materials Used:

  • Image - Power Poppy, Let It Be
  • Cardstock - Stampin Up, Cranberry Crisp; Xpress It Blending Card
  • Designer Paper - Maja Designs, Christmas Season
  • Accessories - Prima flower; brad and sequins from my stash
  • Copic Markers - RV19, RV34, RV42, RV55; YG61, YG63, YG67

It was pretty simple, but I like the way it turned out.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:

Power Poppy Blossom Challenge - Goes Sentimental

Gem of a Challenge - Anything Goes

Di's Digital Designs - Add a Sentiment

Polkadoodles - Anything Goes

Bluebird of Happiness

Hello again, my friends. I have been busy off and on the last several weeks making cards - mostly Christmas cards and did get a lot of them done. I'll be posting them as well as some other cards I made from two kits I got from Club Scrap. Tonight though I have a card to share for the challenge at Misti Monday August on SCS. The challenge was to use a small or mini stamp set to make a card.

These are the only three stamps in the little set. The yellow stamp may be a flower, but since there was no stem, I used it for a sun. I used my SU markers to color the bluebird so the colors would all come out right and it was great to use my Misti to get them all in the right place.

Materials Used:

Image and Sentiment - Inkadinkadoo, Bird

Ink - SU Brilliant Blue, Chocolate Chip, Summer Sun

Cardstock - SU Brilliant Blue, PaperTemptress Cryogen White

Accessories - Darice Embossing Folder, SU dimensionals

That's it for this card. It was pretty simple to put together. I'm glad I had the embossing folder that just seems to be a good frame for the bird.

Hello Honey - Creative Card Chicks

Hello, my friends. It's been a crazy couple of weeks. A week and a half ago a huge limb fell out of my pecan tree and took a few other limbs with it. Thankfully, it fell into the yard and did not hit anything except my little avocado tree that was growing in the middle of the yard. At least the patio and house were spared. I had some friends come and cut it all up and put down by the street. The heavy trash people will come pick it all up on Thursday. Next week I have a tree company coming to look at the tree to see if it is still healthy and to do some more major trimming. The piece that fell was half of the top of the tree. It's pretty tall. Then sometime during the night Saturday my internet went out and the technician finally came this afternoon to get it up and running again.

I do have a card to share with you today. This I made for the SCS Creative Card Chicks monthly challenge. Terry was the hostess for August and she sent up this cute kit with adorable little honey bee stamps.

She stamped the image on Neenah Classic Crest Solar White with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. The image and sentiment are from Darcie's Hello Honey stamp set. The ribbon and dots are from her stash. I used a bit of Stickles Diamond on the wings to give it some sparkle. The image was colored with Copics E40; N4, N5; R46; Y15, and Y17. There are still more images and embellishments to use, so I'll be making more cards like this one.

Hope you are have a great week.

Happiness - IAS #139

Hello my friends. Happy Sunday. Well, I'm a little late getting this card posted since it was supposed to be posted last Sunday. I guess the week just got away from me. Better late than never I always say. I've been working on getting some tasks done around the house while I'm on summer break from school. I finally got the final two chair seats recovered for my dining room. Now all six chairs look the same! Yeah! I still need to work on getting the three new valances done. They won't be so easy to do. The bases are wood and I've got to take them down and get the current valances off. I don't recall if I stapled the valance to the wood or glued it. Oh well, I'll figure it out. I only ever got two of the three valances finished the last time, so I'll probably start with the one that is empty and then go on to the other two.

On to my card. This is for the International Art & Soul challenge. The theme for this fortnight's challenge is Happiness. For me, happiness is a sweet little kitty. So glad to have all mine where they are supposed to be.

Materials Used:

  • Image - Whiff of Joy -

Red, White & Blue Christmas

Good morning, my friends. Happy Thursday. I hope that you are having a wonderful day. We are still in the midst of the heat wave although it is not quite to hot as it has been the last month or so.  There is to be rain in our area later today and I hope that it comes over my house.

In the meantime, I have a card to share with you today. It is for the Challenge Your Stash challenge on Splitcoast Stampers. Each month we have a theme to use to make a card. One of the members selects the theme and then we all make a card that goes along that theme. This month I was the one who selected the theme and it is to use Red, White, and Blue for your card. You would think that being it is July and the colors, that it would be some kind of patriotic, but my card is quite unlike that. I have been in the process of making Christmas cards and came across this packet of paper called Christmas Season by Maja Designs. It is kind of vintage looking and not your run-of-the-mill Christmas colors. This Santa image jumped out at me and I knew he would be perfect for the challenge.

And here is the inside.

The Santa is on a little flap attached to the right side of the white card base. I used Stampin Up Bordering Blue and Read Red for the mats for the image and the sentiment. The sentiment is from SU Snowflake Sentiments. A doily cut in half and a small white bow finished it off. Hope you like it.

Hello Sunshine - Creative Card Chicks

Hello again, my friends. I'm back with another card today. This one is made for the SCS Creative Card Chicks Monthly Challenge. Each month the hostess sends out a card kit to the rest of the group and we all make a card from it. It's always great to see what everyone else does with the same ingredients. This month our hostess was Roxie and she sent us all the same little stamp set that we were to use plus papers and embellishments to use.

Right now I cannot locate the envelope all this came in so I'm not totally sure what everything is. The stamp set is from Hampton Arts - Jillbean Soup and included the sentiment and the clouds as well as the sun image. I also did not write down the recipe for this since all the information is with the kit that Roxie sent. Now to find it. I've been cleaning up and organizing in my craft room this past week, so I know it's there somewhere. I used a medium size circle die to cut out the middle of the sun image and then cut a circle of the orangey yellow to go behind it. I mounted a strip of yellow cardstock ovr the flower paper and then mounted the sun on it and fussy cut the cloud and added it with a pop up dimensional. The sentiment was stamped using Stampin Up ink.  Thanks Roxie for the fun kit and the great stamp set.

Mens' Basketball - IAS #138

Hello my friends. Well, here I am again late to the party. Life just gets so complicated sometimes. One good thing is that school is done for the summer! Yeah! And I got an A in both my classes, so that is great!  It is still very hot down here in H Town. I know a lot of you are experiencing the same thing. Can we find a large, heavy duty fan that can blow this heat wave on its way?????

Today I'm sharing a card with you for International Art & Soul. Our challenge this fortnight is Masculine and has been chosen by none other than DT member Maggie.  That's me! I have a hard time with making masculine cards, so I thought this would be good for me to think on it and come up with a good idea and also to get some inspiration from the rest of the DT and from you!

Basketball is one of the sports that I like to watch on TV. Of course, the H Town Rockets are my favorite team.

Materials Used:

  • Image - Inky Antics - Boys Adventure
  • Sentiment - Echo Park - Basketball Collection
  • Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black
  • Cardstock - Stampin Up - Creamy Caramel
  • Designer Paper - Echo Park - Basketball Collection
  • Accessories  - Paper Studio - Enamel Dots
  • Copic Markers - B0000, B12; E50, E51, E53; E23; N0; R17

That's it for this one. I hope that you will pop on over to IAS and take a look at what the rest of the Design Team has created. Add your own card to the play list and you could be named a Winner or one of the Top 3. Best of luck.

I'll be back in a bit with another card to share.
