Power Poppy Tulips

 This card was made for the Power Poppy Blossom Challenge. We are to use a Power Poppy image of a spring blossom.

  • Cardstock - Stampin Up, Pink Pirouette; Xpress It Blending Card
  • Designer Paper - Dovecraft - Tea Party
  • Accessories - Bling from my stash; Stampin Up Ribbon
  • Copic Markers - G21, G24; R20, R21, R22
