Cats For Christmas

Hello and Happy Sunday! It's late in the day here. I've just been puttering around on a lazy Sunday. Watched a YouTube for Sunday School class and then watched and listened to a previous presentation by The Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square. It's always a great way to start the Sabbath day. Our church has started a limited Sacrament meeting, but I have opted not to go back yet.

I do have a card to share with your today for International Art & Soul. The theme for this fortnight is Inspired by a Book. Any project you would like to enter is welcome as long as you follow the theme in order to be a winner. I've had Christmas on my mind lately and this is one of my cards. It is based on the book, "The Cat Who Came For Christmas," by Cleveland Amory. If you haven't read it, it is a delightful true story of how Mr. Amory, a dedicated animal person, rescued his first cat on Christmas Eve.

  3. Your card is beautiful and the background paper is stunning. I haven't heard of that book but will keep my eyes open for it. Hazel x

  4. Ohhh, I love that story and I can see how you would, too. Furthermore, I love that you made a card based on it. It sure is cute!
