PSC77 - In the Garden

Hello friends.  Happy Wednesday.  That means that it's time for another Perfect Sentiment Challenge.

This week the theme is to create a card and make it Feminine.  You can use lace, pearls, bling, lacy die cuts, doilies, anything that a girl loves.  Don't forget to include your sentiment on the front.

Here's my card for this week's challenge.  I thought I'd make it look a little bit like a garden with the wood look dp and the flower paper.


Materials Used:

  • Cardstock - Stampin Up Apricot Appeal; Xpress It Blending Card
  • Designer Paper - My Mind's Eye - Reunion
  • Accessories - Lace - The Paper Studio, Spare Parts; Doily Die Cut - My Favorite Things; 1 1/4" circle punch; bling from my stash
  • Copic markers - B0000; BG000, BG01, BG11; E23, E27, E35; E50, E51, E53; G21, G24, YG06; Y17, Y18, Y35, Y38, YR01, YR12, YR65

    Great idea with the 'wood' look & flowery paper. Sure did invoke a garden feel. Lovely image, beautifully colored, and I liked the way you didn't hide the doily. TFS
