Valentine Gnome

Good morning, my friends. Happy Friday! I hope you are having a wonderful day. It's cold here, but probably not as cold as it is in some other places - maybe where you are. I'm allergic to the cold, so I try to stay in as much as I can! LOL!  I have my heating service guy coming this morning to replace part of a duct that was destroyed by the opossum that got in my attic the week before Christmas. I didn't know that happened until I realized that my craft room was not getting any air. I didn't connect the two until the heating technician came yesterday to check it out and found the damage. Gladly they were able to schedule me for today. It's been hard to work in that room since the temps are down in the low 60s.

I did get a card ready to share with you today. Today is the day for the Design Team to share their cards for Pattie's Creations challenge. The theme this month is Love, Love, Love or Anything Goes. Pattie always includes a freebie on the website to feel free to grab it or just make your own design. It's all good. You can enter the challenge three times so you get more chances to win. Pattie also has a discount going on at her Etsy shop so check it out. You can get 30% off.

On to my card for this month's challenge. The challenge starts today and ends on March 1. So you have a whole month to play along.

Materials Used:

  • Image - Pattie's Creations - Lovey, the Valentine Gnome
  • Sentiment - My Favorite Things - Valentines
  • Cardstock - Stampin Up Real Red; Xpress It Blending Card
  • Designer Paper - Stampin Up Sending Love collection
  • Copic Markers - B0000; E51, E53; N0, N6, N10; R12, R17, R21

That's it for today. Have a great weekend. See you back soon.

  1. Adorable! I do love a gnome and this one is a cutie with his Valentine heart. It's good you were able to get someone to come out to fix your duct problem. Lately these things take way too long. Seems everyone is short handed.

  2. What a cutie your gnome is Maggie, and you have used the perfect paper for Valentines

  3. Oh my goodness... that gnome is such a sweetie, Maggie! Your card is so sweet!

  4. Maggie,
What a cute card! I love how you colored my gnome image.

Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving your comments. I very much appreciate your time to do so. Have a fabulous day! Hugs!
