Witch! OSAAT #248

Good morning my friends!  How's the weather where you are?  I hope it's as nice as it is here in H Town.  I think we're finally getting our Fall weather. Summer has hung around not wanting to leave with temps in the 90's. I don't look forward to the Winter cold though. I've been overwhelmed the last couple of weeks putting together 2 Power Point presentations that I presented yesterday at a Family History Fair. I've never done one like this where I had to do screen shots and then drop them in the Power Point program. I'm just so happy that it's finally over and done with and remind me never to say Yes again! ;)  Well, it went fine and the attendees did learn something so it was all good in the end.

On to the business at hand and that is we have a new challenge from One Stitch at a Time. The Theme is Anything Goes with Halloween Colors!  Such fun. I chose to go to the simpler side of creating this time.

Materials Used:
  • Image - Ken Benner - Witchbroom
  • Sentiment - Puff Boo from my stash
  • Cardstock - Stampin Up - Basic Black
  • Designer Paper - Authentique - Enchanted Collection
  • Accessories - Stampin Up Ribbon - Tangelo Twist
  • Copic Markers: E23, E25, E29; T6, T8, T10; V12, V15, V17; YG0000, YG01, YG21; YR04, YR05, YR16
Again our fabulous sponsor is Stitchy Bear Designs

And the prize should you take part and be chosen as the winner is the October Prize Pack.

I do hope you'll hop on over to the challenge blog and play along with us this fortnight. You could be the winner of this lovely Fall prize pack or be chosen as one of the Perfect 3!

That's it for today. Hope you all have a wonderful week!

  1. LOL! Love the expression on that witch's face - and the broom! Too cute and fun. Great design and papers too.

  2. Fabulous card, Maggie! I'm not into Halloween cards or spooky images but this one just had me tickled! She's a cutie - as is your card design!

  3. Beautiful fall weather here, too. Not in the 90's but very comfortable. We need rain, though. You remind me why I'm happy to be retired. I don't miss challenges like Power Point presentations. Sounds like you rose to the challenge. Gosh darn cute card today! That witch is so funny. I love this kind of Halloween card. Not too dark and scary, but fun. Have a good week, Maggie!

  4. A cute witch, Maggie. I really like the papers you used on your card, too.
We are getting some beautiful weather here, but like you not really excited about cold weather.

  5. This is a super cut and fun Halloween card. I like the polka dot paper.

  6. A super Halloween card Maggie. Love the image. Christine DT Teamie xx

  7. Lovely Halloween card Maggie. Love your DP and always admire your coloring!
