This fortnight we are making projects with the theme of Anything Goes With Distressing. So lets see some of that distressing on those projects - doesn't have to be a card. Here is my Design Team creation. I used Distress Ink on the edges of my papers and also tore around the edge of the dotted pattern paper.
He looks so happy to welcome that first beautiful snowfall of the year. I hear some of you may have already been so blessed.
Materials Used:
- Image - Digi Blessings - Snowflake Butterfly
- Sentiment - Digi Blessings - Snowflake Butterfly
- Cardstock - Xpress It Blending Card; Stampin Up Cherry Cobbler
- Designer Paper - My Mind's Eye - Merry Little Christmas
- Accessories - Snowflake - Petaloo Holiday Dazzlers; Wild Orchid Crafts - Corner filigree, lace and flowers; Martha Stewart Fir Branch Punch; ribbon from my stash; Nestabilities - classic circle die and lacy circle die; Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Weathered Wood; Ivory Liquid Pearls
Now it's your turn. Hop on over to the One Stitch at a Time Challenge Blog and see what the rest of the Design Team have created for your inspiration. Then get inky and join in the fun. Hope to see you there!

ReplyDeleteLove the fun-ness of this little cutie mouse!
He does look happy, and pretty adorable, too. I love how gorgeous you've made this with all your extra special additions. Red is one of my favorite colors, but I hardly use it on cards except at Christmas. Love those squiggles you've tucked among the roses. I wouldn't mind having more snow, but not until after I retire, so I don't have to drive in it. I'm sure it would get tiresome after a while, but snow is such a novelty here.
