Mr. Postman - Sunshine Mail

Hi friends.  Boy am I glad this week is over.  It's been rough.  Started out last Saturday with having my wallet stolen at my local grocery store.  Been trying to deal with an uncooperative assistant manager and the local police department to see if they could apprehend this crook.  What a nightmare trying to remember all the things that were in my wallet and what online accounts were attached to my debit card.  Luckily, I was not out anything, but a couple of banks were.

Then the other day I went to the orthopedist for a follow up to my knee injury back before Christmas and to check on an old upper arm injury.  Turns out I have bursitis in both places and the good doctor was only to happy to give me a couple of shots in both places to get rid of the pain, BUT I have pain now from the shots.  She did tell me that all the pain should go away in a few days.

You also know how much I love kitties. Well, I had a poor neglected and very sick kitty show up in my back yard last night and was able to quickly trap it and called the vet.  Unfortunately, it was too sick to save and we ended up having to euthanize it this morning.  Was not a happy time. I was glad that it found it's way into my yard  and that I was able to help it and put it out of its misery.  You could see that it had been neglected for some time.

You see why I'm glad to put this week behind me.

Now on to my card this week for Sunshine Mail Foundation.  I wasn't sure I was going to get this card made for the challenge with everything else that's been going on.

  12. Oh, I'm so sorry about all your troubles! I've had those shots in my thumb joint before and it's not fun. And what a miserable hassle to get your wallet stolen! I can just imagine what a pain in the neck that would be -- driver's license, credit and debit cards, and everything else. I've got some really old photos in there I'd miss an awful lot, too. Voter's registration card. Gosh, it goes on and on! You know it breaks my heart to hear about the poor kitty. I get so upset about things like that. But, yes, I'm glad he came to you. I just wish it had been sooner. Okay, so you've got a mighty cute card for the challenge, in spite of everything. Great image for sending a happy little greeting!
