Back to School

It is getting closer to that time again when all the little children are heading back to the classrooms.  The summer sure has flown by.  I'm not sure I'm ready for the Fall/Winter just yet.  Here's a card that I made you could either tuck into your child's lunchbox on the first day of school so they will know you are thinking about them, or you could have your child give it to their teacher on the first day of school.  I know lots of crafters like to make little teacher gifts.
Materials Used:
  • Image – Saturated Canary – Hillary
  • Cardstock – Express It Blending Card and Stampin Up Buckaroo Blue
  • Pattern Paper – Recollections – Back to School
  • Ribbon – 3/8″ Red Satin and 1/8″ Red Satin
  • Punches – Stampin Up Ticket Punch; Photo Corner Punch
  • Copic Markers
  • Adhesive – Double-sided tape; Zots small
  • Mini Bowdabra
  • Hair Bow Tool & Ruler
If you'd like to see how I made the bow, then you can hop on over to the Bowdabra Blog and check out the tutorial over there.

I'm going to submit this card to the following challenges:

Celebrate the Occasion - Back to School
Deep Ocean Challenge - Anything Goes
Papertake Weekly - Anything Goes
Top Tip Tuesday - Focus on the Ribbon
Craft Your Passion - Anything Goes
Make It Monday - Anything Goes
The Outlawz Monday Challenge - Anything Goes

That's it for today.  Check back tomorrow for a new Perfect Sentiment challenge.  Thanks for stopping by and leaving your comments.  I do appreciate each one.
