On Safari - Creative Card Chicks

Hello my friends!  I hope you're having a great Sunday. The weather here has been very rainy and dreary as it has been for most of the month. I always am so glad to get February over with. Everything else is going pretty well.

I am a couple days late with getting my card done for our Creative Card Chicks Monthly Challenge, but school and work kept me pretty busy this last week. We are changing our document storage at work to a document control database program instead of just keeping everything on our servers and there was a lot of work to do to get all the active files ready to be transferred to the new system. We've been having lots of training and meetings about it and more coming up this week. We'll go live in April.

Meantime, here is my card for the February Creative Card Chicks Monthly Challenge. Our Hostess this month was KellyS.  She sent us all some images and a kit of papers and embellishments to use to make our cards. It's always interesting to see all the different cards that are made with the same ingredients.

Materials Used:
Image: My Favorite Things - On Safari

Accessories: Offray  Ribbon, Scallop scissors

  1. Oh, gosh, I love the papers and image on this! Those are some huge binoculars. How cute with the ribbon, too! I remember those times at work and how draining they were. Through all the many years I worked there we progressed from no computer system at all through many different systems and programs, each one more advanced. "Go live" day was always exhausting!
