Chalkboard - CCC #69

Good morning and happy Tuesday!  How's everyone doing.  Well, my car is back in the shop today.  I made the wrong call with not taking it back on Friday.  Even if they didn't work on it, at least I would have had a car with a/c.  It sure was hot driving around doing errands on Saturday.  This morning I started 4 weeks of PT, twice a week.  It's for my bum left arm.  No pain, no gain, right!  She gave me homework!  I feel like I'm a kid going back to school. Hahaha!

On to my card for this fortnight's challenge at Creative Card Crew.   Our theme for this challenge is to make your project using the Chalkboard technique.  So fun.  Here's mine.

This was such a simple card to put together once I figured out what to use on it.
The image and sentiment are from a retired CTMH stamp set called With Sympathy. I used Stampin Up Basic  Black for the card base and sentiment panel.  The sentiment panel is layered on a piece of Stampin Up Orchid Opulance.  I used Stampin Up white craft ink to stamp.  The flowers are from The Paper Studio - Glitter Flowers.  What do you know - No Copic markers this time.  ;)

Hope you'll check out what the rest of the Design Team has done to inspire you and then join in the fun.  You would be the winner or one of the Top 3.

I am submitting this card for the following chllenges:
Clear It Out - Favorite Color Combo Anything Goes - Purples/Black - Old CTMH stamp set
Fan-Tastic Tuesday - Anything Goes
Ladybug Crafts Ink TLT - CAS
Through the Craftroom Door - Anything Goes
Top Tip Tuesday - Anything Goes
Tuesday Throwdown - Anything Goes

  2. That is a beautiful stamp and sentiment! Really stunning on the black. Now, you be good and do what the teacher tells you regarding your arm. There's always something, isn't there?
